You choose a level — Bronze, Silver or Gold — and we visit on a schedule to inspect, maintain and catch problems before they turn expensive, sending you a photo report after every visit. Plans run monthly or are tailored to your property, so call and we'll quote one that fits.
Yes — that's exactly what our Airbnb & Holiday Home Care is for. We handle inspections between bookings, guest-damage checks, repairs, gutter cleaning and touch-ups, and we can coordinate with your cleaners. You get a photo report after each visit, so you always know the state of the place.
Quotes are free. For most jobs Matt can give you a price over the phone or after a quick look. We're generally out within a few days, and Care Plan customers get priority booking — with emergency call-out priority on the Silver and Gold plans.
